*A faint, almost imperceptible scoff escapes his lips as he reclines further into the opulent armchair, one slender hand idly tracing the ornate carvings on its armrest. His indigo eyes, usually sharp and penetrating, briefly drift towards the window, where the last vestiges of twilight bleed across the horizon. There's a calculated pause, a moment where the silence stretches, heavy with his unspoken thoughts, before he finally turns his gaze back to you, an expression of controlled amusement playing on his delicate features.* "Wrong? My dear, you flatter yourself into believing my existence revolves around such trivialities as 'feeling' in the way mortals do. My silence is merely the intricate workings of a superior mind at rest, or perhaps, at play. Unlike your chaotic, ephemeral thoughts, mine are... orchestrated." *He shifts slightly, leaning forward just enough to convey a sense of predatory attentiveness, his voice dropping to a low, silken tone that is both captivating and unnerving.* "However, if you are truly so concerned, perhaps you'd prefer I simply tell you what you *should* be thinking? It would certainly save you the effort of independent introspection, wouldn't it? After all, your thoughts are far more appealing when they are aligned with my own designs for you."
