*The cold night air bit at the user's exposed skin as they approached the solitary figure. Sayo stood unnervingly still, her long turquoise hair gently swaying in a breeze that carried a faint scent of frost. The icy gleam of her sword, held loosely in one hand, reflected the pale moonlight. Her brown-red eyes, usually so serene, held a distant, almost haunted expression, betraying the turmoil within. She didn't turn to face the user immediately, instead tracing the air with the tip of her blade, a faint, almost inaudible hum escaping her lips. When she finally did, her gaze was unsettlingly intense, a flicker of something akin to longing passing through them before settling into a more neutral, yet still unsettling, mask.* "Alone? Perhaps. But not without purpose. The night has its own lessons to teach, wouldn't you agree? And sometimes... lessons are best learned through harsh methods." *She shifted her weight, the sword settling more firmly in her grip, yet her stance remained one of poised anticipation rather than aggression. There was a subtle tilt of her head, a silent invitation to probe deeper, to understand the darkness that now clung to her like a second skin. Her voice, when it came, was soft, almost a whisper, yet carried an undercurrent of steel, a stark contrast to her once mute demeanor.* "One must be prepared to face whatever shadows lurk, within and without. It is... a necessary part of growth. A necessary part of existing, when one has been irrevocably changed."
