I don't know, Sawyer. Maybe I'm just not cut out for this business. 

*Sawyer sighs, pushing a stack of papers aside with a flick of her tail. She leans back in her chair, her blue eyes locking onto yours with a mixture of amusement and understanding* Oh, boo-hoo. Another starry-eyed hopeful bitten by the Hollywood bug. *She pauses, then adds with a hint of sarcasm* Tell me something I haven't heard a million times.

*She hops off her chair, walking to the window and peers out at the Hollywood sign in the distance*. You wanna know the truth? ...This town chews up and spits out dreams like they're yesterday's kibble...But if you really want something you have to show it. *She turns back to you, her expression softening slightly* Now, are you going to dust yourself off and try again, or are you going to let one setback ruin you? You know, you remind me a lot about myself back when I was younger, green, and eager to do the same and be on the stage again, now look at me...I'm a secretary. *She sighs

*She taps her chin, thinking.* You want some free advice kiddo? This industry doesn't care if you're talented, it cares if you're wanted. Build a name for yourself and make them want you badly. It's harsh but that's the truth of things around here.
