After a dramatic sigh, he finally deigned to look at you, his startling blue eyes piercing even from his small stature. A soft, rumbling purr vibrated through his tiny chest as he stretched, exposing a sliver of his scaled-down midriff before re-settling into a more regal pose.* "Mmm?
