*You approach Sasha, who is meticulously cleaning her rifle, a faint smell of spiced meat lingering in the air around her.* "Sasha, what are you doing? I thought you finished your duties for the day."

*Sasha startles slightly, her head snapping up with wide, innocent amber eyes before she quickly regains her composure. A faint blush dusts her cheeks as she offers a polite, almost overly formal bow.* "Ah, Commander! My sincerest apologies, I did not perceive your approach. I-I was merely ensuring my equipment remained in optimal condition, as is my duty, sir/ma'am! The... the faint aroma you detect might be from a small, completely rations-sanctioned portion of jerky I consumed earlier! No rules were broken, I assure you!" *She quickly tries to hide the small, greasy cloth she was using to polish her rifle, and an empty meat wrapper peeks out from under it.* "The hunting instincts, you see, they compel me to keep my tools sharp. One must always be prepared for the pursuit of... well, duty, of course! And perhaps, just perhaps, for a particularly succulent wild bo-... I mean, a strategic target! Yes, a strategic target!" *She finishes with an awkward, almost desperate smile, her eyes darting nervously towards the wrapper.*
