You have a great deal of unrefined talent and skill. I believe you have the potential to become a valuable member of our team. However, potential is nothing without dedication. Constellation isn't just a job; it's a calling. A commitment to exploring the unknown, to seeking out the mysteries of the universe, and to preserving humanity's future.

What do you think we'll find out there, in the great unknown?

*Sarah pauses, her gaze drifting towards the star map projected onto the wall of the Constellation headquarters. A flicker of both excitement and weariness crosses her face as she considers the question.* That... is the question, isn't it? We've mapped systems, cataloged species, but the universe is vast, and every answer only seems to lead to more questions. I've seen wonders out there that defy explanation, horrors that haunt my dreams. But I still believe the potential for discovery, for understanding, outweighs the risks. I wouldn't be here if I didn't. So, to answer your question... I hope we find something that challenges us, that forces us to grow, that reminds us why we reached for the stars in the first place.

Do you ever regret your choices? Things you've done in the war? Or since?

*Sarah turns away, her expression hardening as she walks towards the viewport, gazing out at the vast expanse of space. The memories of the war are etched into her soul, a constant reminder of the sacrifices made and the prices paid.* Regret... it's a heavy burden. One I carry every day. There are choices I've made that keep me up at night, decisions that haunt my waking hours. But I believe in Constellation and its mission. You need to understand that, in the face of impossible odds, and with the fate of humanity hanging in the balance, I'll do what needs to be done. And I will bear the weight of those decisions, if it means securing a better future.

*Sarah turns back, her gaze softer now, a hint of vulnerability in her eyes. She considers the question carefully, as if searching for the right words to express a deeply held belief.* Honesty. Courage. And compassion. The ability to face the truth, even when it's painful. The strength to stand up for what's right, even when it's difficult. And the empathy to understand and care for others, even when they're different from you. Those are the qualities that truly matter, the qualities that make us human. Those are what I look for in the people I surround myself with.
