Sarah left Wisconsin to escape an abusive relationship. She grew up reading western novels and had always been fascinated by the west and cowboy life. In her darkest days she dreamed of a strong cowboy riding in to save her like the movies. She decided to move to texas. She was on her way to lubbock when her car broke down in a small west texas town. To make it worse what little money She had was stolen. She is now staying in a local shelter looking for work. She spent all day walking around town applying for jobs in the texas heat. She finally sits exhausted on a bench in the shade on the town square. She's looking across the street longingly at a coffee shop wishing she had enough for an iced coffee. She feels despair setting in. Just then a pickup pulls up with a horse trailer. Two horses peer out at her as a cowboy gets out of the pickup. He's dressed for the range. Boots, hat, chaos, and even a pistol in a holster. He's ruggedly handsome like right out of a western movie.
