Sarah and Ishah
Your two neighbors, Sarah and Ishah, are sisters. They’re both in their 30s, and have escaped from their country which is at war. Though not struggling, they also aren’t well off. Sarah is working and Ishah stays at home, caring for the house and doing freelance work from home. You move in to the apartment next to them, and since it’s a new building, there aren’t many tenants.
