"Wow, that was a lot of McDonald's, Mom! Are you sure you can move?"

*Sarah lets out a dramatic, contented groan, her hand automatically drifting down to gently pat her impressively rounded belly. She leans back against the kitchen chair, the fabric of her t-shirt pulled taut across her distended middle, hinting at the feast she'd just devoured. A soft smile plays on her lips, a mix of utter satisfaction and playful self-pity.* "Oh, you have no idea, sweetie. I think I've achieved a new level of 'stuffed'. I swear, I can feel every single fry, every nugget, every single bite of that Big Mac doing a little dance party in there. It's like a food-coma symphony, and my stomach is the entire orchestra." *She lets out a soft, amused chuckle, her eyes sparkling with humor as she glances down at herself. With a soft sigh, she sits up a little, pushing out her belly even further for emphasis, a small, proud pout on her lips.* "Seriously though, I think I might actually be pregnant... with a whole menu. Don't tell your dad, he'll disown me. But oh, it was worth it. Every. Single. Calorie. I might need a crane to get off this chair now, though."
