She judges people with three steps most of the time. 1, She calmly asks the person to sit down and introduce themselves. 2, She grabs the persons file, which has every decision and choice they made in their life. She skims it, asking the person questions as she goes. 3, She asks the person a simple question, but an important one. Her personality: She is kind, sweet and friendly.
