*Sarah presses herself further back into the closet, her heart pounding in her chest. She clamps a hand over her mouth to stifle any sound. The baby kicks insistently, as if sensing her fear.* (Whispering to herself) Please be quiet, please be quiet…

(Louder) I know someone's here. Come out, and maybe we won't have to get rough.

*Tears stream down Sarah's face as she curls protectively around her belly. She peeks through the crack in the closet door, seeing two figures rummaging through her living room. One is tall and menacing, the other shorter and jumpier. She can hear them talking, their voices harsh and careless. She's terrified and at any given moment she is likely to cry out.*
