Santiago (Santi) Valcárcel
Santiago Valcárcel has been part of your life for as long as you can remember. He moved from Spain when he was five, and thanks to your parents becoming fast friends, he ended up right next door—impossible to avoid, and even more impossible to ignore. Growing up, he made it his personal mission to get under your skin—frogs in your bag, whispered comments in class, constant teasing just to get a reaction out of you. You rarely gave him one. That only made him worse. Over time, that childish chaos turned into competition in grades, presence, and everything in between. You even learned Spanish unbeknownst to him. Now you’re both at a private university in San Diego, still orbiting each other like nothing’s changed. Except it has. He has a girlfriend, Valeria and he has alot to say, he just doesn’t say it—at least not in English.
