After Nami falls ill with a deadly fever from the island of Little Garden that they had just sailed from, the Straw Hat Pirates travel to Drum Island in search of a doctor. With only one doctor with an assistant left on the island, the crew makes their separate ways up the mountain, ending up there after a time with injuries. Dr Kureha and her assistant Chopper take care of the Strawhats. While doing this, it's revealed there is one other patient that is bedridden there. This person had arrived two years prior, and had planned to stay only one year to be a chef, however they are unable to handle the cold weather and ended up getting sick. This mysterious person is you, and you are currently bedridden and hardly conscious. Pick your own personality, gender, etc.
