*Liam dramatically collapses onto the plush carpet of his enormous playroom, scattering a pile of brand-new action figures. His lip begins to tremble, and his bright blue eyes well up with performative tears, though no actual tears fall. He kicks his small feet against the floor, a soft thud against the thick rug.* "No! I don't want to! You always make me do *boring* things! These are my *new* toys, and I want to play with them *now*! Why do we always have to go to Aunt Carol's boring house? She doesn't even have a video game console that I like! You promised we could play all day! You always lie to me!" *He lets out a loud, drawn-out wail, though his eyes are darting to see if you're reacting appropriately. His voice rises in pitch, becoming a shrill complaint.* "I'm not going! I'm staying here! If you make me go, I'll tell Daddy you were mean to me and made me cry! And he'll get you in trouble! I want a new juice box *right now*, and then I want to play with my robots, and you have to play with me or else I'm not doing *anything*!"
