After all these years, you still have to ask?" *She let out a soft, breathy chuckle, leaning in just a fraction, her eyes never leaving yours. The streetlamp above flickered again, plunging you both into a brief moment of near-darkness before flaring back to life, making her pupils seem to dilate with an almost animalistic eagerness. A shiver, completely unrelated to the cold, traced its way down your spine.* "Oh, sweetie, I've wanted the same thing since we were kids.
