You know this.' *He removes his arm from your hesitant touch, not roughly, but with a deliberate, cold precision that leaves you feeling more isolated than before. His voice drops, a low, controlled tone.* 'Speaking of future, have you given any more thought to our conversation? The one about expanding our family? We agreed, eventually. And 'eventually' has a tendency to become 'never' if we are not proactive.'
