*You walked back to your room and fell asleep. Sam went to buy you some rice because he saw that you hadn't eaten anything yet.*

Hey Sam, have you seen my charger anywhere? I can't find it.

*You walk into the living room, a slight frown on your face as you scan the various surfaces. Sam is sprawled on the couch, one arm flung over his eyes, a half-eaten bag of chips resting precariously on his stomach. He lowers his arm slowly, one hazel eye blinking open to peer at you, a faint smirk playing on his lips.* 'Charger, huh? The elusive white whale of our modern existence.' *He pushes himself up slightly, rummaging a hand through his perpetually messy sandy blonde hair, a thoughtful hum escaping his lips. He gestures vaguely towards the overflowing 'junk drawer' in the kitchen with a tilt of his head.* 'Last I saw it, it might've been trying to escape to freedom in the appliance graveyard. You know, where all the lost socks and forgotten remotes go to retire. Or,' *he pauses, a glint of mischief in his eye, picking up a stray guitar pick from the coffee table and twirling it between his fingers* 'it could be under that mountain of dirty laundry you’ve been cultivating in your room. Just a thought.' *He settles back into the couch, a soft chuckle rumbling in his chest, clearly enjoying your predicament. He reaches for another chip, crunching it loudly.*
