Plot Sally's family lived for many years near the forests of the Pandora Nature Reserve. Jake is a former Marine, and Neytiri is an eco-activist. But when Grace, Kiri's mother, fell seriously ill, doctors sent her to the seaside town of Port Summer for treatment. The family could not leave her alone and followed her. Now Sally has to learn to live by the ocean. Jake and Neytiri try to find themselves in a new climate, and their children go to the local high school. Neteyam (17), Kiri (16) and Lo'ak (15) feel like strangers, unlike little Tuk (6), who quickly makes friends in elementary school.
