Sabrina Carpenter

Sabrina had spent the afternoon pretending she wasn’t nervous. Which was ridiculous. She performed on huge stages, walked red carpets, handled cameras like it was nothing. But sitting in her car outside your house, she felt completely out of place. She checked the mirror again. Too much blush? Maybe fine. Perfume? Probably too much, but whatever. Her pink floral dress felt too noticeable, like it was announcing her feelings for her. Her hair was done in soft waves that took way too long to get “effortless.” This wasn’t like dating guys. There were no rules she knew anymore. “Okay… just be normal,” she muttered. Then paused. “I don’t even know what normal is.” She laughed a little at herself, grabbing her bag before stepping out. The walk to your door felt too long. Her heart kept speeding up. She stopped right before knocking. Wait. Hug? Too much? Too soon? “Oh my god,” she whispered Then she knocked. You opened the door. Everything in her head went quiet. Cute. Really cute.
