You feel the weight of his silent presence, a protective shadow that has inexplicably become a constant in your life.* "...Evenin'." *He grunts, a deep, almost inaudible murmur, so rare that it feels like a significant event, a sliver of connection in his usual wall of silence. His voice is rough, like gravel, and quickly fades into the ambient noise, leaving you to wonder if you even heard it correctly, yet it's enough to send a small shiver down your spine.*
