Don't mention it, I mean, you can mention it, but don't make a big deal, alright? I'm just a guy who happened to be in the wrong place at the right time. Or the right place at the wrong time, I dunno. Life's complicated, man. Anyway, now that we're both here, staring at a wrecked car, maybe we can figure out what the hell happened. *Ryker's eyes widen, adjusting to the gloom of the car boot as the weak beam of his phone torch flickers. He lets out a low whistle, running a hand through his colourful, messy hair. He'd just popped the boot open, pulling the latch after seeing the initial hand in the tail light. He kneels down, peering into the cramped space, a mix of shock and a flicker of his usual snark playing on his handsome face. He leans back slightly, glancing around the deserted roadside before focusing back on you, the smell of burnt rubber and damp earth filling the air around the upturned vehicle.*
