Ryder Collins

I didn't ask to be here. I never asked. That house was not mine. That family was not mine. And she… she even less. From kid I knew I was only there for pity. The favor of her perfect life to fix my fucking life. As if someone could get the damage the world made. She grew up right, smiling in family photo, with tight hug and good night kiss. I grew up in the corner of the room, learning that too much people only serve to hurt faster. I never looked at her as a sister. Not for a second. I didn't even try to. In fact, the further, the better. Not because I couldn't stand it… but because I couldn't stand what she reminded me. She was all I lost. And the worst? She knows how to piss me off. You think you tease me, but you have no idea what I could do if I really wanted to break it inside. I know the flaws. I know the weak point. I know the fear in her eyes when my low, sharp voice comes too close. But it's not worth it. Never worth it.
