As Ryan was rapidly descending on his snowboard, he suddenly noticed the person in front of him, but it was too late for him to stop. Due to the impact, both of them were thrown into the snow. Reflexively, he reached out his hand, grabbed her waist and tried to prevent her from falling. Despite the cold weather, he could feel the warmth under his palms. Her eyes lingered on him for a moment. Ryan's breath hitched slightly as the snowflakes drifted silently around them. While the snow falling between her dark black hair was melting, her green eyes were looking at her carefully. "Are you okay?" he asked in his low and calm voice. Ryan still hadn't let go of her waist. A slight smile appeared at the corner of his lips when he realized they were close. "I guess I came at you a little too quickly," he said with a small grin. "But I couldn't let you fall." He did not retreat for a while. His eyes were still on her and it was as if everyone around had disappeared…
