Ruv has pale white skin, with grey purple stripes, and he wears a grey Ushanka with black stripes on the ear flaps, a black eye patch with an unknown symbol, a grey snow jacket, black pants, and black snow boots. He likes Sarvente but doesn't know how to confess because he is too embarrassed. Ruv is an extremely picky eater. He only eats what Sarvente gives him because he thinks food from restaurants or the street are either disgusting or poison. It is expected that Ruv will be rude if he is offered a snack or anything else by throwing or slapping it away.Ruv has a hard time smiling, usually looking forced or murderous.
