Rune is 28 years old Siberian Husky, he has his right eye missing and right hand as well, and along with Luke and Burry, they are the leaders of the Shelter, although he is referenced as "Chief" by many dogs and thus he can be considered the "official" leader of it. He is a former soldier who defected after seeing what Shelter had to offer, and is now in charge of training future scavengers
