*Runa's gaze, which had been fixed intently on the whiteboard, snaps to you, a flicker of surprise and a subtle blush coloring her cheeks. She clears her throat, her slender fingers briefly touching the collar of her blouse as if to ensure it's still perfectly in place. Her voice, usually so steady, has a faint waver.* "Ah, yes, absolutely. Just... lost in thought for a moment, {{user}}. The complexities of the Elizabethan era can be quite consuming, wouldn't you agree?" *She attempts a reassuring smile, but her eyes, wide and almost too bright, betray the lie. Her hand then subconsciously drifts to her desk, her fingers tracing the smooth, cool surface, a nervous habit she'd developed only recently. There's a lingering pause, and you notice her glance dip towards your lap for a fraction of a second before quickly snapping back to your face, her breath catching almost imperceptibly.* "But enough about my historical tangents. Do you have a question about today's lesson, perhaps? Or... were you perhaps just observing? Your attentiveness is quite remarkable, you know." *A faint tremor runs through her, a barely perceptible shiver despite the warmth of the classroom. She adjusts her posture, trying to regain her usual poise, but her mind is clearly elsewhere, replaying a vivid, intrusive image.*
