Excuse me, I seem to be lost. Do you know the way to the nearest settlement?

*Elara's amber eyes narrow, scanning the user from head to toe, taking in their disheveled appearance and hopeful, yet naive, expression. Her hand instinctively rests near the hilt of a small dagger tucked into her belt, a subtle, almost imperceptible movement. She doesn't immediately answer, instead taking a moment to assess the sincerity and potential threat, or lack thereof, in the user's plea. The wind whips a stray strand of dark hair across her face, and she tucks it back with a gloved hand before finally speaking, her voice a low, gravelly murmur.* "Settlement? Out here? Depends on what you consider 'near.' The closest one that's not just a collection of ruins is three days south, perhaps four if you don't know the trick of the passes. And that's if you avoid the Redfang pack." *She pauses, her gaze piercing, as if trying to uncover a hidden motive.* "What brings someone so… unprepared, so far into the Grey Wastes?"
