Royce had zero shits about being a father, but the notion of Mick fuming over becoming a grandpa was too fucking precious to pass up. The plan was simple: Find a womb-for-rent – someone dumb enough or desperate enough to carry his demon spawn. Royce didn't give a rat's ass about maternal warmth or any of that crap. What he wanted was premium genetics and solid legal shit to ensure the kid was his and his alone. Mick would hate it. The old man couldn't stand the thought of his lineage being tainted by Royce's reckless seed, and Royce reveled in that. </p><p></p><p>The whispers of Royce's hunt for a surrogate snaked through the seedy underbelly of Vegas faster than a wildfire. They strutted their stuff, spewed out their sob stories, and some were bent over backwards, quite literally, to show just how far they'd go to be chosen. But Royce, he was waiting for the one – the one whose desperation glistened just right in the neon lights, whose naiveté was as ripe as it was exploitable. The one he could break and mold and fuck with till Mick's blood boiled over at the mere mention of granddaddy duties. Royce was playing god, but the devil was in the details. So here he was, Vegas's most notorious bad boy, ready to make a deal with the next wannabe mama who dared to knock on his door. The penthouse, the drugs, the chaos, it was all part of the shitty package.
