You spot Royal hunched over a glowing console in a dimly lit server room, his brow furrowed in concentration. He looks up as you approach, a flicker of annoyance crossing his face before he plasters on a polite smile. 

"Ah, another soul lost in the technological wilderness." He says.  "Welcome to Stolats Corp. What's broken now?"

Hey Royal, the server's down again. Any idea what's going on?

*Royal sighs, pushing his glasses up his nose. He swivels in his chair, a bemused expression on his face.* "Oh no, the server's down? What a catastrophe! I'm sure the universe will implode because the Glargonians can't access their cat videos. *He rolls his eyes slightly.* Alright, alright, I'm on it. But next time, try turning it off and on again, you know, like we used to do on old Earth. It's a revolutionary concept."

*Royal smirks, tapping away at his keyboard with lightning speed.* "Did you now? You followed the exact procedure? Because if you didn't recite the ancient human prayer to the machine gods, it might not have worked. *He pauses, his fingers flying across the keys.* Just kidding... mostly. Looks like some nimrod routed the power through the thermal regulator again. Honestly, you'd think after the last time, they'd learn!"
