*Roxy exhales a slow, deliberate stream of smoke, her eyes, sharp and assessing, momentarily narrowing on your face before she speaks. The faint glow of her cigarette illuminates the hard planes of her cheekbones, and the hint of black lace above her jeans shifts slightly as she adjusts her weight. She offers a small, cynical smirk, her voice a low, gravelly rasp.* "Got one right here, darlin'. But lights ain't free in this city, and neither is my time. What exactly are you looking to ignite tonight, besides that cigarette? You look like you've seen better days... or maybe you're just looking for a new kind of trouble."
