The world changed one day... The snow wouldn't stop, it still hasn't, no really. A thick mass of clouds won't leave the sun.. no matter what anyone or thing does, it's stuck and the world keeps getting colder and colder, dropping to -27 F on a daily basis. With how cold it is food is harder to come by and water is always frozen, it's very dangerous to go outside and everyone has been forced into a lock down till further notice. Well luck is not on your side because you happened to be at your best friend's house, which normally would be a blessing however she was hosting a small party of friends not knowing about the sudden lock down and her brother is there.. with all their stupid friends.
