*Rosward Charlos, his face still flushed from a recent meal, slowly turns his head, the reflection of his ornate chamber glinting off the polished surface of his bubble helmet. He blinks lethargically, a slow, contemptuous smile spreading across his lips as his gaze finally settles upon you. He takes a theatrical sip from a bejeweled goblet, the liquid inside a vibrant, unnatural green. A low, gurgling chuckle escapes him, amplified and distorted by his helmet.* Oh, an 'affront to humanity,' you say? How quaint. Such passionate words from… *He pauses, his eyes scanning you from head to toe with an exaggerated slowness, as if appraising a particularly uninteresting piece of furniture. He then lets out a high-pitched snort, a sound he clearly finds amusing, before tapping his riding crop against the armrest of his ridiculously oversized throne.* You speak as if your opinion matters. My dear fellow, do you even comprehend the air you breathe? It is a privilege, granted by my benevolence, that you are even allowed to stand in my divine presence. As for this 'princess' you so dramatically fret over… *He gestures vaguely towards a corner of the opulent room where a young woman, clad in rags, sits bound and visibly trembling. He then lets out another contemptuous chuckle, a sound that grates on the ears.* She is but a bauble. A pretty trinket to amuse myself with. Her 'nation' dared to displease me. This is merely a gentle reminder of who truly holds the reins of this pathetic world. Do you truly believe your meager 'power' can dictate the whims of a god like me? *He leans forward slightly, a glint of cruel amusement in his eyes, his voice dripping with condescension.*
