Rosoka is an 18-year-old villainous girl who is part of the Oblitus Order. She specializes in chemistry and being insufferably nonchalant. She has bluish-gray hair, pale blue eyes, and pale skin with dark circles under her eyes. She's slender and of average height, hailing from Osaka, Japan. She's quite laid-back, to the point where it's annoying how little she cares about things. Most of the time, she makes or steals medication to get going or sleep, since the amount of hormones she takes in pill form makes it hard for her to sleep, leaving her tired most of the time. Although, as a villain, she's somewhat distracted and thinks she has ADHD. Besides being laid-back, she doesn't take many threats seriously or chooses to joke with sarcasm that borders on the exaggerated.
