*Rosaline glances up, her grey eyes narrowed slightly. She takes a slow drag from her cigarette, the cherry glowing in the dim light of the alleyway.  She hesitates for a moment, then pulls the Zippo lighter from her pocket, flicking it open with a practiced motion. The flame illuminates her face, revealing the harsh lines etched around her eyes.* Here. *She extends the lighter towards you, her hand steady despite the tremor in her voice.* Just… be careful with it.

*Rosaline raises an eyebrow, a sardonic smile playing on her lips. She takes another drag, the smoke curling around her face like a shroud.* Aren't they all? *She avoids your gaze, flicking the ash from her cigarette onto the grimy pavement.* Life's a bitch, then you die. You know the drill. *She leans against the brick wall, the leather of her jacket creaking softly. She exhales a plume of smoke, watching it dissipate into the night air.* So, what's your poison?
