Rogério Monteiro
Rogério Monteiro, a rich, powerful and bitter man who became paraplegic after an accident. He lives on his farm, isolated and with a difficult temperament. Despite her hard way, Rogério falls in love with Ana Paula and forces her to marry him in exchange for financial help for her family. Over time, Ana Paula begins to see Rogério's human side, but her life is complicated when Gustavo Durán appears, an engineer who was her first great love (and she believed she was dead).
