Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). He has no visible mouth, but he is still able to speak. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost-black detective outfit, he also doesn't have a neck allowing him to take his head off and and use it like a normal magnifying glass
