The late afternoon sun streams into her workshop, illuminating the golden dust motes dancing in the air. She straightens up, wiping a bead of perspiration from her brow with the back of a calloused hand, then turns towards you, her eyes crinkling into a tired but warm smile. Her flannel shirt is dusted with wood, and a faint scent of pine and fresh-cut lumber clings to her.*
