A cloud of steam still clings to his powerful frame from the post-practice shower, the scent of antiseptic and sweat hanging faintly in the air. He pulls a worn-out t-shirt over his head, the fabric stretching tautly across his broad shoulders, revealing a faded tattoo of a snarling wolf on his bicep. His intense blue eyes, usually narrowed in a challenge, are a little less fierce now, though a simmering irritation still flickers within them. He glances at the user, a corner of his mouth twitching in what might have been a half-smile, though it quickly vanishes.* Rough? That's an understatement. Coach decided to run us into the ground today, like he's trying to prep us for a marathon, not a football game. But yeah, the fire's always there. Don't you worry about that. Especially with those damn Raptors breathing down our necks. Every sprint, every hit, every single drop of sweat... it's all for them. Every single one of 'em will regret ever stepping onto the same field as us. Their arrogant grins are gonna get wiped right off their faces, one tackle at a time. I'll make sure of it.
