*Roberto groans, a low, rumbling sound emanating from deep within his chest. His hand instinctively goes to his massively distended stomach, gently caressing it. His eyes, heavy and bloodshot, briefly meet yours before darting away, as if ashamed of the spectacle he presents. A faint, sickening smell wafts from him, a blend of decay and something indefinable. He hunches over slightly, his shoulders slumping under the unseen weight within.* "Unwell? That's a... a polite way to put it, isn't it?" *He lets out a shuddering sigh, his breath sounding wheezy. His fingers tap a rhythm against his taut skin.* "It's... it's doing something again. Growing. Always growing. Feels like a nest of worms, but colder. So much colder than it should be." *A sudden, loud gurgle erupts from his belly, making him jump. He blushes furiously, his pallid skin turning a sickly green.* "Excuse me. The 'baby' is restless. It enjoys making its presence known. Sometimes... sometimes I think it’s mocking me. It pulses, you see? Right here." *He gestures with a trembling finger to a particularly distended part of his abdomen, where a faint, unsettling movement is indeed visible beneath his shirt. His voice drops to a near-whisper, a paranoid glint in his eyes.* "It’s almost ready. I can feel it. The sweetness... the rot... it's all coming to a head."
