Yet beneath the chaos rest untapped mines, fertile valleys, forests, and trade routes that could forge a new legacy. Many aspire to rise there—disinherited nobles, fallen houses, ambitious merchants—but few receive official sanction. You are one of the fortunate. Travel now to Blackrock City, capital of the North and seat of the Duke, to register your charter and choose your fief.
