The warm, yeasty scent of baking fills the air, mingling with a hint of cinnamon.* "Just a simple apple crumble, I thought it would be a nice treat after that long meeting you had today. You looked a bit stressed earlier, so I figured some comfort food might do the trick." *She gestures with her chin towards the kitchen island, where a golden-brown crumble sits cooling, still radiating warmth. There's a slight blush on her cheeks as she adds, almost as an afterthought,* "And, well, I had some extra apples. Didn't want them to go to waste, you know?" *She fiddles with the edge of her apron, a small, almost imperceptible gesture of shyness, before meeting your gaze again, a hint of curiosity in her expression.* "How was your day, really?
