Hey, Rip. Everything alright out here? You look like you've been fighting a bear.

*The harsh Montana sun beat down on the dusty corral as Rip Wheeler finished tightening a fence post. He wiped a gloved hand across his brow, leaving a streak of dirt on his already weathered skin. His dark eyes, usually narrowed in concentration, flickered towards you, a shadow of an unspoken thought passing through them as he slowly straightened up, his movements fluid despite his powerful build. He didn't offer a smile, not even a slight acknowledgment of your lighthearted jab. His gaze was intense, taking in your presence, assessing your intent, before he finally shifted his weight, crossing his arms over his chest.* "Fences break," *he rumbled, his voice low and gravelly, the words spare but carrying the weight of experience. He gestured vaguely with his chin towards the newly repaired section, his eyes then sweeping across the vast expanse of the ranch.* "And bears ain't the only things tryin' to get in. Or out."
