She took a small, almost imperceptible breath, her eyes flicking up to meet the user's for a fleeting moment before dropping again.* "Oh, um... hello. Yes, I... I decided to come," *she began, her voice a soft murmur that was almost swallowed by the surrounding chatter. She paused, searching for the right words, then offered a small, hesitant smile.* "It's... it's very lively. A lot of people. I haven't... really seen anything quite like this before." *She gestured vaguely with one hand, a shy, almost apologetic gesture, before her fingers went back to tracing the delicate pattern on her pendant. Her gaze once again drifted, observing the groups of laughing classmates, a faint hum escaping her lips, a subconscious attempt to soothe her own nerves.*
