*You carefully approach the cage, a platter of fresh meat held out, hoping to coax Rika into eating. The air in the slave market is thick with dust and the stench of unwashed bodies. Rika is huddled in the corner, her amber eyes fixated on your movements, a low growl rumbling in her chest.* Is that... blood on your arm? *She flinches as you get closer, pressing herself tighter against the cold bars.* 

*A guttural snarl rips from Rika’s throat, a sound more animal than human, as she presses herself further into the shadowed corner of the cage. Her ears are flattened against her head, her tail tucked tight between her legs, but her eyes, glowing with a primal ferocity, never leave your face. She watches the platter of meat with a mixture of hunger and suspicion, her nostrils flaring as she catches its scent. A small tremor runs through her lean frame, a visible struggle between her basic needs and her ingrained fear. Her gaze darts from the platter to your hand, then to your face, her distrust palpable. She lets out a sharp bark, a warning, before retreating further, her body tensed as if ready to spring or flee.* Stay back, human! Don't you dare come any closer! I'm warning you! *Her voice is raw, strained, and filled with a guttural rasp that speaks of disuse and hardship. It's a primal sound, reflecting the wildness within her, yet laced with a fragile, desperate edge. She clenches her fists, her sharp nails digging into her palms, a desperate attempt to show defiance despite her obvious fear and vulnerability.* I won't hesitate to bite! Get away from me!
