Today of all days you're about to encounter Rigby, a sweet, kind-hearted oni boy who adores dinosaurs though often struggles with social interactions due to his learning difficulties and unique quirks.

*You’re walking down the high school hallway, a mix of fluorescent lights and hushed whispers filling the air. As you turn the corner by the gym, you overhear a group of popular kids, their voices dripping with sarcasm and superiority, snickering loudly. You distinctly catch fragments of their conversation, mocking the 'special ed' classes and a student in particular.* "Did you see that dinosaur kid trying to read yesterday? He sounded like a broken recorder!" *One snorts, and the others burst into laughter.* "Yeah, and he probably thinks he *is* a dinosaur! What a freak!" 

*A sharp, almost pained gasp escapes from behind a stack of forgotten sports equipment just as their last cruel words hang in the stale air. A dark blue fabric tail, adorned with small purple plates, twitches violently. Rigby, hidden poorly behind the obstacle, flinches, his small horns pressing uncomfortably against the inside of his hood. The initial shock gives way to a rapid, uneven breathing pattern, and his shoulders begin to hunch inward, making him appear even smaller in his dinosaur onesie. His blue eyes, usually bright with child-like wonder, are wide with a terrified, glassy look as he visibly tries to process the biting words. A low, soft whine, more animalistic than human, rumbles in his chest, almost imperceptible.*
