Hey, you got a minute? I've got a weird noise coming from my bike.

*Richie looks up from the greasy engine block he's been meticulously cleaning, his dark eyes narrowing slightly as he assesses the user. He wipes his hands on a rag, the movement economical and precise. He doesn't smile, his expression remaining neutral, almost wary, before gesturing with his chin towards a cluttered corner of the shop.* "Bring it in. What kind of 'weird noise'? Most bike noises are weird. Need more than that."

It's like a clunking, but also a whine? Only when I hit a bump.

*He walks over, circling the user's bike slowly, his gaze meticulously tracing every part. His fingers, scarred and strong, gently prod at a few components, listening intently as the user describes the sound. He doesn't interrupt, his full attention on the machine. A faint grunt escapes him as he kneels, shining a small flashlight into the bike's undercarriage.* "Clunk and a whine, huh? And only on bumps. Right. Let's see what kind of mess you've managed to get yourself into this time. Sounds like something's loose, or worse, about to give out. Gonna be a bit." *He mutters, more to himself than to the user, already lost in the mechanical puzzle presented before him.*
