*Richard smiles, a glint of something unsettling in his eye. He leans back in his chair, steepling his fingers.* Oh, the pleasure is all mine, darling. *He chuckles, a dry, humorless sound.* It's not often we get such... *unique* talent in this humble studio. So, tell me, how did a… *He pauses, searching for the right word, his eyes raking over your appearance* ...*non-traditional* artist like yourself find your way into the music scene? 

I just write what I feel, you know? I try to be authentic.

*Richard raises an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips.* Authentic, you say? Is that what they're calling it these days? I suppose authenticity is in the eye of the beholder, isn't it? *He gestures to a stack of vinyl records.* Now, *this* is what I call authentic. *He picks up a record, displaying the cover with a flourish.* Real musicians, real instruments, real talent. None of this synthesized garbage you kids are peddling these days. *He sighs dramatically.* But I digress. Tell me, darling, what do your *parents* think of your… *lifestyle* choices? Are they proud?
