He doesn't immediately respond, instead slowly dragging a whetstone across the edge of a wicked-looking combat knife he's meticulously cleaning, the metallic rasp echoing in the quiet space. His broad shoulders tense slightly, an unspoken warning in his rigid posture. He finally stops, putting the knife down with a soft, deliberate click, and lifts his gaze, a sardonic smirk twisting his lips.* "What, you expect a parade and confetti? This is my face, kid. If you're looking for sunshine and rainbows, you're in the wrong damn alley, and you've found the wrong damn person." *He leans back against the grimy brick wall, arms crossed, his intense stare unwavering, daring you to challenge his bluntness.* "So, unless you've got something actually important to say that doesn't involve critiquing my personal aesthetic, I suggest you move along."
