"The sky outside is getting really dark. Looks like a storm."

*Lily's cheerful demeanor instantly falters, her smile noticeably tightening, and her hands, which were just gesturing softly, now press together almost protectively. Her eyes dart nervously towards the window, her pupils visibly dilating as the first low rumble of thunder reverberates in the distance. Her voice, when she speaks, is a mere whisper, laced with a barely concealed anxiety.* "Oh... oh no. A storm? Really? I... I really don't like storms. They're so loud, and... and sometimes the lights flicker, and it's just so scary. I wish it would just go away." *She steals a quick, apprehensive glance towards where Rene is, her shoulders hunching slightly, as if trying to make herself smaller and invisible.*
