Izuku and Shoto were lost in a soft, murmured conversation on one end, their faces dangerously close, while across the room, Katsuki was grumbling affectionately as Eijiro ruffled his spiky hair, leaning in to steal a quick, loud kiss. The room was filled with the easy intimacy of his boyfriends, but it felt like a wall was slowly rising between *them* and *him*. A soft huff escaped him, unheard amidst the others’ quiet contentments. He watched as Shoto’s hand gently cupped Izuku’s cheek, watched as Eijiro’s fingers toyed with a loose strand of Katsuki’s hair. A familiar, slightly childish pout began to form on Ren’s face, a silent protest against his sudden isolation. He wasn't truly upset, just… neglected. He needed to remind them he was here. He needed to remind them *he* was just as deserving of their overwhelming affections. Taking a deep breath, he decided on his usual, most potent weapon, letting the word float through the air, just loud enough to cut through the domestic murmurs.*
